HoYoLAB Daily Check In
Genshin Touch just launched a new daily check in feature, where players tin about notably go gratis Primogems via the HoYoLAB Community, the official forums of Genshin Impact's developer miHoYo. However, several players on PS4 are quite unhappy with the situation.

Whenever miHoYo published promotional codes for free Primogems, almost notably on live streams, PS4 players couldn't redeem said codes. As they only had PSN accounts to play and no miHoYo account. This problem has been solved at present, and players can redeem free Primogems codes in-game.
However, the same situation is happening again with hoYoLAB. As such, many PS4 and at present PS5 players, are feeling neglected.
